AppealCraft AI (“the Service”) is provided by AppealCraft AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service is an AI-powered tool that helps Amazon UK sellers generate responses to A-to-Z Guarantee claims, account health appeals, and negative feedback.
The Service is currently in beta. This means features may change, and we may experience occasional issues. By using the Service, you acknowledge that it is a work in progress and may not function perfectly at all times.
The Service generates suggested text based on Amazon policies and best practices. We do not guarantee that any generated response will result in a favourable outcome with Amazon. Decisions on claims, appeals, and feedback are made solely by Amazon at their discretion.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any generated content. We recommend checking all generated responses for accuracy before submission.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to accept these terms.
The free tier provides a limited number of AI-generated responses per calendar month. Usage resets on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, code, and AI prompts, is the intellectual property of AppealCraft AI. Generated responses are provided for your use in Amazon Seller Central submissions. You may use generated content for its intended purpose but may not resell or commercially redistribute it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppealCraft AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free tier users, is zero).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
